Wish I Read That Challenge 2011

My Love Affair With Books

This challenge is for all those books you wish you’d read. I think I have  a list of more than 200 books I want to read and it increases everyday! I am sure I am not alone , in this case…

These don’t have to be books you currently own, you can buy them, borrow them or beg for them. This is a great challenge for getting those TBR piles reduced. So go have a look at what you might read and challenge yourself. (from My Love Affair With Books)

Misha at My Love Affair With Books is hosting the Wish I Read That challenge for 2011. Click the image to go to the sign-up page, and to see the official rules.

I am participating at the “Obsessed” level, which is 20 books. I have a huge list, several pages long, of books that I want to read, but haven’t been able to get around to for whatever reason. This gives me the perfect reason.

  • Brom, The Child Thief
  • Margaret Peterson Haddix, Found [review]
  • Caitlin R. Kiernan, The Red Tree
  • Sherrilyn Kenyon, Dream Chaser
  • Jeff Lindsay, Darkly Dreaming Dexter [review]
  • David Oppegaard, The Suicide Collectors
  • Jose Saramago, Blindness
  • Lauren Strasnick, Her and Me and You
  • Susan Selfors, Mad Love
  • Liz Tuccillo, How to Be Single
  • Lisa Unger, Fragile
  • Don Wulffson, Soldier X
  • Rachel Caine, Glass Houses [review]
  • Suzanne Collins, The Hunger Games [review]
  • Sarah Dessen, Lock & Key [review]
  • Michael Grant, Gone
  • Claudia Gray, Evernight [review]
  • Jennifer R. Hubbard, The Secret Year [review]
